June 24th 2020: To continue with health and safety best practices, we are open for in-store rug shopping by appointment or you can securely purchase online and choose curbside pick-up or free shipping.

Rug cleaning/repair drop-offs can be done any time, Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 6:00 pm.

UPDATE:

 As of March 18th, we are open for area rug cleaning and/or repair drop offs, Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 5:30 pm.

We are still offering discounts on online rug purchases with free U.S. shipping OR free same-day curbside pick-up, when you place your order before 3 pm.

All of us here at Main Street Oriental Rugs are hoping that all is well with you and your loved ones. We wanted to reach out to let our customers know that we are taking COVID-19 seriously and we are taking all necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our customers and ourselves.

We will be operating at limited hours to receive area rug drop-offs -- we ask that you kindly give us a call ahead, if you are planning to drop off your rugs for cleaning, to confirm that a staff member will be in the store to receive you.

Area Rug Cleaning

For your health and safety, we are suggesting our Disinfectant Wash at this time for your rugs. Our Disinfectant Wash takes your rugs through 4 states of decontamination:

• Multiple Soaks
• Gentle anti-bacterial soap
• Careful hand-scrubbing
• Full extraction of soil and debris
• Plus: Quick air-drying

If you schedule a pick-up for your rugs, we will be wearing masks in your home as a precaution. To our customers who have in-progress cleaning or repair, your patience is appreciated and we will get the rugs to you as soon as possible.

Area Rug Buying

We are suggesting purchasing our rugs through our secure online store, where you can shop over two thousand hand-knotted or high quality machine made rugs conveniently from your mobile, tablet, or desktop. Our store and warehouse are maintained and cleaned thoroughly and frequently to a high standard and our rugs are treasured pieces that we take great care of. All vintage or antique rugs are immediately washed upon acquisition and all are in ready-to-use condition.
